Shipping Information
Ordering:
We accept American Express, VISA, and
M/C.
Orders can be placed directly from our
Pay-pal-secured website.
Our order form is secured, monitored and
protected by PAY-PAL. However, if you are concerned about
giving your credit card information over the Internet, we'll
be happy to take your order over the phone with a qualifying
credit card. Do not hesitate to call with any questions or
concerns: Mon-Fri 201.213.7024, EST 9:00AM-5:00PM. Leave a
brief message and a number where we can reach you and we
will return the call promptly.
Orders normally ship within 2-4 business
days. Special orders and out of stock items will be
handcrafted for you and shipped in approximately three
weeks.
*** Please note your order number on
the payment. Orders will be processed within 2-4
business days following receipt of bona fide payment.
Return Policies
& Guarantees:
Any unused/undamaged item may be returned
within 7 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange,
minus shipping & handling and a 20% re-stocking fee.
Defective items may be returned for our examination and
exchange within 7 days of customer's receipt. NO RETURNS OF
ANY TYPE WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS. Any items received
after this deadline will be returned to sender at his/her
expense.
Errors Happen:
We make every attempt to avoid mistakes in pricing and
product information, but we are human. If an error does
occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize
for any inconvenience it may cause.
Delivery
Services: We use the finest delivery service
companies to ensure timely, professional deliveries. Normal
delivery for in-stock merchandise is 5-7 business days.
Partial
Shipments: 98% of our creations are hand crafted
by the very designers we feature. Should we ever be out of
stock in excess of 10% of your order, you will be promptly
notified by e-mail. In no case will our customers be charged
for items not shipped. If you wish to check our stock on an
item, please e-mail or call - we'd love to hear from you.
Due to the enormity of shipments, WE REGRET THAT WE CANNOT
DO BACK-ORDERS.
Shipping
Charges: Continental United States*
UPS is our primary shipper. All orders
are shipped UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. UPS will
not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Recipient's
telephone number and email address is required on all
orders. We charge a flat fee of $4.00 for all orders
regardless of size for UPS Ground. If time of the essence,
shipping charges will be based on weight, zip code and
selected method (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.). Please
keep in mind that shipping to a commercial address costs
less than shipping to a residential address, so if you are
able to receive packages at your work address this will
reduce your UPS shipping costs.

Your privacy is important to us. beYond Treasure pledges: "After our sale, we will not turn over,
transfer, or provide any of our customers' personal
information (credit card or otherwise) to any entity,
company or individual(s) for any reason whatsoever." WE DO
NOT SELL OUR CONTACTS, and you will never be notified
needlessly by us.
Most of our treasures are hand
picked and imported directly from Turkey and
Israel. Many are created by request and made to order.
These creations naturally are hard to find in the US.
The designers we work with are all accomplished or
up n'coming in the field of jewelry and
fashion accessories.
